It is my purpose and passion to support you in resolving distress and suffering and to live your best life possible. Your concerns and symptoms are more than likely adaptations to difficult experiences. These adaptations have impacted the way you think, feel, and function. They do not have to be permanent. I will partner with you to create an environment that supports you in exploring and implementing solutions. As a licensed professional counselor, I offer skills, techniques and interventions to help you reach your wellness goals. I have helped clients resolve, recover, and integrate a plethora of life circumstances PTSD/trauma, anxiety, depression, behavioral concerns, sexual assault, grief, domestic violence, relationship issues, homelessness, and women’s issues. I practice self-care because it is essential to sustaining my passion, purpose and overall wellness. As often as I am able too, I yoga, dance, sing, listen to music, and venture into do-it-yourself (DIY) projects of all types.
