As a military child and veteran, I have had the privilege of living and traveling around the world, experiences that deeply shaped my resilience and adaptability. After spending more than 13 years in the corporate sector, I felt called to pursue my passion for helping others and put my Master’s degree to work. I am now a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate, dedicated to supporting individuals through life’s challenges with empathy and practical insight. Outside of work, my husband and I stay busy with our boy/girl twins and our beloved fur baby.
