What Is Dual Diagnosis?
At Graceland Psychiatry & Neuromodulation Center, we understand that mental health and addiction often go hand in hand. Treating one without the other can lead to relapse or an incomplete recovery.
Our Dual Diagnosis IOP is uniquely designed to address both conditions at once, giving you the integrated care needed for deep, lasting healing.
We treat co-occurring diagnoses such as:
Depression
Anxiety
PTSD
Bipolar Disorder
ADHD
Schizophrenia


Program Highlights
Our IOP provides evening, in-person care that supports clients in their recovery while allowing them to maintain work, school, or family responsibilities.

In-person only program - no virtual option.
Evening schedule for flexibility and accessibility
Comprehensive psychiatric evaluation and medication management
Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT) with Suboxone for opioid use disorder
Evidence-based therapies for both mental health and addiction
Group and individual counseling
Trauma-informed care, relapse prevention, and life skills training
Optional Christian faith-based encouragement and support
